The Fylde Gym is a fitness centre based at Fylde RFC in Lytham St Annes.

The gym has recently been fully refurbished with a comprehensive range of new equipment. For further information of the new facility click here

Use of the gym is restricted to gym members and access is via a key fob operated door entry system. CCTV is in operation for member’s safety and to help prevent the vandalism that the previous gym suffered from. Opening hours will initially be from 6.30am until 9.30pm. The gym is now open and anyone interested in becoming a member should contact Fred Harrison 01253 734733. A full induction will be provided prior to us of the facilities.
